What our team means to you
Our team of land and planning experts carefully selects sites that meet our strict criteria. Once a site has been purchased, we sub-divide it into parcels and then offer these for sale to the public.Previously, the purchase of appropriate land was out of reach for the ordinary person. However, by using the knowledge of one of our dedicated brokers from the Property Partnership, you have the opportunity to buy your own plot of land.
Use the knowledge of The Property Partnership team. Our vision is to make land ownership accessible to ordinary people.
Pressure on Land
In addition to the house building already planned, the Treasury tells us that each year 140,000 extra new homes
are needed in order to avoid increasing problems of homelessness and constraints on economic growth. The same report goes on to say "...continuing at the current rate of house building is not a realistic option".
The Government has issued a number of directives to ensure an expansion in house building across the
South-East. We can therefore be sure that there will be a dramatic increase in homes being built. The enormous pressure on land, and the huge demand for new housing, has created an exciting opportunity.
This is why...
